Because of our mutual interests to restore balance and harmony to our planet this is where we can exchange information and co-create the transformation that our planet needs. We believe we can each make a difference if we work together. Ultimately the success of our forums depends upon the quality posts of our participants. We are responsible for creating the future the way we see it and how we communicate with one another will determine our success.

In our effort to maintain the integrity of the boards we offer these terms that apply to all the forums. Let this be a place that will promote ideas, encourage lively debate, skeptical examination and intelligent discussions to inspire individual action for change. Acceptance of Terms

VoiceYourself offers this Forum as a privilege, not a right, granted to you
subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). The owners reserve the right to update, change the TOS at any time without notice to
you or liability. By accessing and using this web site, you agree to be
bound by the following terms and conditions, so carefully review this
section before proceeding. We ask that if you do not agree to the following Terms of Service or do not feel you are able to follow them, for whatever reasons, please do not join the discussion.

By the nature of these discussions and the open access, the moderators will have to make difficult judgment calls from time to time regarding the appropriateness of a post. We really do not want to be the “word” police. Please don't make our job any harder than it has to be. While the moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. We will make an effort to provide at least one warning before access to post is denied.

We remind all of our members that you are responsible and liable
for all your activities conducted on VoiceYourself. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these Forums are that of the author and not the moderators or webmasters, and hence VoiceYourself will not be held liable.

Any comments posted on the Forums that violate our TOS may be removed at any time. In an effort to maintain the highest level of debate and to provide a comfortable environment for people to communicate, we ask that you please respect our Terms.

Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old and capable to enter into a contract to use the VoiceYourself web site.

2. Each forum member may have only one account.

3. Each forum member must provide and maintain a valid e-mail address. Note that non-moderators do not have access to your internal e-mail address.

4. As a member you agree to any information you have entered into your account profile to be stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the Webmaster,
administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking
attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

5. Members who violate the terms may have their privilege of using the Voice Yourself Forums interrupted, suspended or terminated at any time. The IP addresses of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions

Help Build the Community

The VoiceYourself community relies on your submissions being candid, courteous, decent and fair. Inappropriate content/behavior includes:

1. Offensive, harmful, abusive language, expletives, profanities, obscenities, hate speech, or harassing, vulgar, sexually explicit language that may harm minors or is considered stalking will not be tolerated.

2. Personal attacks or "flames" are not allowed. Flames are defined as comments that reflect upon the person instead of their opinion. Don’t become an annoying heckler by name-calling or speculating on their personal lives. Personal attacks on others have no place in meaningful debates. Users who verbally assault the character or person of other posters on a regular basis will be banned.

3. Posts that advocate or solicit violence or other criminal or wrongful conduct. We will remove content that may put us in legal jeopardy including potentially libelous or defamatory posts.

4. Racist, sexist, ethnic or otherwise offensive language. For these purposes, language is offensive if any moderator feels in good faith that such language would offend a majority of Voice Yourself users.

5. Unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail, chain letters, or any other unsolicited commercial communication.

6. Attempts to subvert or modify the normal flow of the open forum or its content. Software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

7. Personally identifying information such as actual names, phone numbers, mailing addresses or email addresses.

8. No trolling. Don't post off topic inflammatory remarks meant to get people riled up. Substance is the key to not being labeled a troll.

User Submissions

Note that all the Forums have a main topic. When starting a new thread, please post it to the proper Forum. It helps the flow of a thread to clearly state the subject line and back up opinions with details. As is common practice on bulletin boards, we ask that you post links and do not cut and past entire text of articles you want people to read. We may edit user submissions for any reason including clarity and length.

Messages received on these Forums are to be considered private and are not to be posted publicly unless the sender of the private message agrees.

We acknowledge there will be disagreements with the moderating actions
that we shall not post on the Forum. However, should you have any disagreement with an action taken by any of the moderators of this Forum, or if you would like to bring a certain post or item to their attention, please contact them directly via private message or by email only to discuss the matter. Any posts of this type on the Forums may be removed.
